Assistant Maintenance

LBJ Garden Villas Location: Mesquite, TX Type: Full Time

Job Description

Carry out assigned duties and other duties as requested by the Lead Maintenance in a safe manner
Correct unsafe conditions of the property or surrounding areas
Perform ground maintenance on a daily basis
Help coordinate all needed make-ready repairs and services
Be able to assist Lead Maintenance when requested
Inform Lead Maintenance of shortages, Assist Lead Maintenance or Property Manager of any issues that arise
On Call emergency maintenance
