Westlake Housing specializes in LIHTC multi-family housing management services and currently manages eight
properties containing 1,641 units in Texas, Oklahoma, Illinois, Tennessee and Wisconsin. 

Westlake Housing was formed to, among other things, provide:

  • Effective and efficient property performance.  Westlake Housing provides a direct and effective means of maximizing property operations - especially variable expenses.  Operational and LIHTC compliance processing efficiencies can be crucial to minimizing time and resources needed to turn around distressed properties and maintain stabilized operations.

  • Decrease implementation times on operational restructuring changes.    Change is never easy, but changes over an extended period of time can be financially ruinous to multifamily properties during a restructuring.  Westlake Housing can effectively reduce the implementation timeframe for property-level changes and provide a better feedback system for measuring the effectiveness of varying operational initiatives.

  • Decrease cost of capital improvement projects and improve execution.  Westlake Housing can effectively and efficiently direct the bid and contract process, and execute capital repairs and improvement programs, which are so critical to improving market and residency perception during the execution process.

  • Utilize management and information technology.  Westlake Housing provides owners, asset managers and lenders accurate and timely property reports through an expanded web-based accounting and reporting system.
